Free Motion Quilting

My aunt saw a version of this face book and asked if I could do something similar. Above is how it turned out! It was fun coming up with different idea for the petals. It also allowed me to try different rulers. As you can tell my feathers are still in the learning phase! However the great thing about quilting is we (quilters) are more critical of ourselves then others are of our craft. So take a risk do something fun and you will be surprised at how beautiful it will turn out.
